1. Grant of License
Every digital product purchased on theteevora.com comes with a Standard Commercial License. This license grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable, perpetual right to utilize the purchased design assets in personal and commercial end-products, subject to the conditions outlined below.
2. Permitted Commercial Uses
Under the Teevora Standard Commercial License, you are authorized to:
- Client Deliverables: Incorporate vector graphics, illustrations, and templates into commissioned graphic design work, branding identities, and advertising campaigns for clients.
- Physical End-Products & Merchandise: Apply designs to physical items (t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, stickers, tote bags, art prints) for personal use or commercial retail sale, including Print-on-Demand (POD) fulfillment.
- Digital End-Products: Use the assets within flattened digital publications (e-books, presentations, social media promotional graphics, website headers, mobile app mockups).
- Modifications: Edit, scale, re-color, combine, crop, and alter the original artwork to suit your creative requirements.
3. Strictly Prohibited Uses
To protect our craftsmanship and independent intellectual property, the following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Raw File Redistribution: You cannot resell, sub-license, share, donate, or distribute the raw source files (including AI, PSD, SVG, EPS, or transparent PNGs) in any digital format.
- Competing Marketplace Offerings: You may not upload Teevora artwork to digital asset marketplaces, stock repositories (e.g. Freepik, Creative Market, Etsy digital listings), or digital design bundles.
- Standalone Extraction: End-products must not allow third parties to extract or isolate the original digital asset file.
- Trademark/Copyright Claim: You cannot register the original graphics or substantial modifications thereof as your own registered trademark or copyright logo.
4. Multiple Projects & Seat Count
Each license purchase applies to a single user/seat. If multiple designers in an agency require independent access to the source files, individual licenses should be purchased for each workstation.
