1. Nature of Digital Deliverables
At Teevora, our products consist of high-resolution digital files (such as vector artwork, layered PSDs, SVG cut files, and design templates). Because digital downloads are delivered immediately upon checkout and cannot be physically returned, inspected, or revoked from your local machine, all sales are generally final once the digital files have been downloaded.
2. 14-Day Defective File Guarantee
We take pride in the technical precision of our craftsmanship. If you encounter any technical defect with your purchase, we provide a complete resolution under our 14-day warranty:
- Corrupted or Damaged Archives: If a downloaded .ZIP archive fails to extract or is incomplete.
- Missing Formats or Deliverables: If an asset specified in the "Deliverables Manifest" on the product page is missing from the package.
- Technical Malfunction: If a vector path is corrupted or an image resolution does not match the product specifications.
3. Resolution & Refund Process
If you experience any of the above technical issues, please follow these steps within 14 days of your purchase date:
- Contact our studio at support@theteevora.com or via our Contact Form.
- Include your Order Number and a brief description (or screenshot) of the error encountered.
- Our technical team will inspect the file and provide an updated, tested replacement download within 24–48 hours.
- If we are unable to rectify the technical defect, we will immediately issue a 100% full refund to your original payment method via Stripe.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds cannot be granted under the following scenarios:
- Change of mind after files have been successfully downloaded.
- Purchaser lacking compatible software (software requirements such as Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop are clearly itemized on product pages prior to checkout).
- Inability to edit assets due to lack of standard graphic design skills.
