1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Teevora ("we", "us", or "our") concerning your access to and use of theteevora.com. By purchasing or downloading any digital product from our catalog, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the website and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, graphics, and digital downloadable assets on the site (collectively, the "Content") are owned or licensed by Teevora and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
3. Digital Products & Delivery
All items listed on Teevora are downloadable digital assets (including vectors, templates, mockups, and illustrations) unless explicitly marked as physical goods in future print-on-demand expansions. Deliveries occur immediately post-checkout via signed URLs on the receipt page and via email confirmation.
4. Download Limits & Security
Each asset purchase entitles the verified customer to 5 download attempts per file over a 60-day window. Download links are authenticated and strictly non-transferable. Attempting to scrape, redistribute, or hotlink our download endpoints is strictly prohibited and results in immediate account termination.
5. User Accounts
When you create an account on Teevora, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
6. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer
All digital products are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we meticulously inspect and test our files across standard design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, CorelDRAW), Teevora does not warrant that the assets will meet your specific hardware or third-party software configuration. In no event shall Teevora be liable for any indirect, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use of our digital goods.
